As Innovation Manager you will guide and inspire your teams to thrive in their roles. At Adtoox you have the opportunity to coordinate teams managing products in various phases by streamlining processes and drive innovation. All products are SaaS spanning over multiple markets and continents requiring high accessibility and reliability. By your structured yet agile approach to challenges, you succeed in driving innovation and quality side by side together with your teams. Main responsibilities
• Build and manage innovation teams responsible of:
• Processes & Projects (Driving optimization of processes, projects and routines in and between all departments and offices).
• Product owners (Driving the product agenda from defining requirements to preparing sales material).
• Continuous integration (Driving seamless technical integration and routines between the Systems Development team and the Technical Operations team).
• Define and evaluate business goals.
• Budget allocation and follow-up.
Experience & Qualifications
• Experience from managing teams.
• Experience in project management tools.
• Experience in agile methodologies e.g, Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience in building large, scalable, and reliable distributed systems
• Experience in change management.
