As Innovation and Insights Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the growth agenda of Fazer Lifestyle Foods by providing key insights to brands, markets and customers and by driving insights-focused, fast-paced, breakthrough innovations. You will be leading the set-up of an insights-based innovation process and ways of working. You are responsible for identifying new white spots and innovation opportunities in the marketplace, by providing actionable insights based on market data, consumer trends and research. Furthermore, you will drive and manage all consumer research activities at Fazer Lifestyle Foods and ensure that it serves the needs of the organization. You manage and report the innovation and insights budget, as well as provide key internal and external stakeholders with analysis and insights to support business development.
Your position will be located in Stockholm. You will report to VP Marketing, Fazer Lifestyle Foods.

What you'll bring to the team
In order to be successful in this role you have five to ten years' experience working in a marketing management position with a focus on innovation and insights. You have a creative and innovative mindset with an ability to identify new opportunities and develop new concepts. You have a strong background in working with market and consumer research, concept testing and brand tracking. You have an analytical and pragmatic way of utilizing consumer and shopper insight as well as an ability to turn them into commercial solutions. You are well-organized, work efficiently and you make things happen. Furthermore, you have strong executions skills and a proven track record of past success. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English are required, as well as good presentation skills. Nordic language skills are an asset but not essential. We expect you to hold a bachelor's degree in a suitable field.
