hela Sverige Stockholm Headhunting has been commissioned to find a Infrastructure Engineer for Schibsted Media in Stockholm.

About the role
As an Infrastructure Engineer you will automate infrastructure deployment in a hybrid Amazon and physical hardware setup, with focus on Docker. You will be a part of the operating team with eleven members, where you will work closely and help their developers to build and ship smart solutions and advice them on best practices in the infrastructure scope. You will contribute to the creation of system support documents.
Managing the infrastructure using Ansible and Puppet, with the end-goal of migrating everything to Ansible. Defining, building and shipping monitoring, metrics and logging for their media products using ELK, Grafana, Prometheus is also part of the role. The team is responsible for DDoS mitigation and edge delivery to end-users. You'll also be a part of the teams on-call schedule.

To succeed in this role we believe that you have good knowledge in IT operations, both on site and in the cloud with linux as focus. Experience in developing automated deployment scripts and tools for system provisioning and configuration. You are capable of quickly troubleshooting complex problems, understanding dependencies and deducing the root cause of issues. Preferably you have good knowledge of web-delivery, varnish and CDN's, Docker and/or Kubernetes.
As infrastructure engineer you probably have a couple of years experience in similar roles working with the requested skills as mentioned above. Alternatively, you might come straight from school where you probably engaged in technical projects outside your education.
As a person we believe you are communicative, driven and eager to learn, with a solution focused mindset. You are passionate about technology and curious about new techniques to find the best solution and optimize automatization. If you happen to have a docker swarm (or equivalent) running in your (or parents) basement, then you're probably the one they're looking for!
