For this role you need to have knowledge and understanding of:
• IT infrastructure, platforms and steering principles
• The service governance model
• Broad understanding for hosting infrastructure incl. network and hyper convert set-up
• Experience in Cloud, containers and Kubernetes
• Vendor management
• Process development and steering i.e. Change Control, Release management and Delivering processes.
• Agile processes and tools like Scrum.
• Monitoring and automation
As IT Solution Designer, you exchange information, knowledge and experience with both internal and external stakeholders. To be successful you need to:

YOUR RESPOSIBILITIES
The main focus is to secure infrastructure deliveries as part of the overall IT service deliveries to enable faster Time To Market and support our growing IKEA. To be responsible for all aspects of operational delivery of the assigned Infrastructure Service Platform (ISP), with a service dimensional focus on leading multiple entities in the Service Operations & Technology Capability Organization and mange Stakeholders expectations. This includes management of operation service delivery, execution of life cycle management according to plan, fulfilment of KPI's, management of supplier, leading virtual team to deliver and budgets for the assigned Infrastructure Service Platform (ISP). You will:
• Responsible to deliver efficient Infrastructure Service Platform (ISP) according to business demand in agreed SLA/OLA/KPI's and budget.
• Responsible for continuously service improvement and development of the Infrastructure Service Platform (ISP) together with Technology Capability Management.
• Responsible for leading the end-to-end responsibility for Infrastructure Service Platform (ISP) and work together cross-functionally to cover all dependencies and deliveries.
• Responsible for setting, follow up and meet the goals & KPI's for Infrastructure Service Platform (ISP) and communicate performance to stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for ensuring that life cycle management and capacity management of Infrastructure Service Platform (ISP) is planned, communicated and executed in all environments.
• Responsible to establish and lead internal virtual teams and perform Vendor Management required to fulfil business requirements.
• Responsible to manage budget for the assigned Infrastructure Service Platform (ISP), e.g. manage budget and forecasts, follow up cost development and proactively drive improvements in cost efficiency. Responsible to provide budget input to the Base infrastructure management and TEC capability Management.
• Responsible to secure fit for purpose infrastructure architecture and design for the assigned Infrastructure Service Platform (ISP) in cooperation with e.g. product specialists, solution architects, infrastructure architecture and infrastructure design.
• Contribute and lead relevant governance forums, steering groups and other forums connected to the solution area and/or assigned Infrastructure Service Platform (ISP) and also provide operational advisory for the assigned platform infrastructure service to support Business Demands (e.g. capacity, architecture, support flow design and technical aspects for both running services and projects).
• Take active part in Service Management & Project Management with consumer in focus.
• Stay updated with industry market trends and development to find ways of improving service deliveries.
