We are now strengthening and expanding our Software Development Line Manager Team to meet our growing business and to support our agile teams in their pursuit of the next generation of world-leading Network solutions.
As a line manager, you will be working in an agile organization, surrounded by a team of talented, creative and dedicated colleagues. You will work with 400 professionals from more than 30 different nations and you will get the opportunity to be a part of a global organization with customers all around the world. You will also have the possibility to continuously broaden your knowledge by attending conferences, study groups, internal seminars, external marketing events, our manager breakfast seminars and also perhaps become a teacher in our own Academy. As a line manager, you will work close to your teams, Product Management and the Software Development organization. Together you will build the strategy and plan to make sure we meet the business demands and our improvement objectives.
