Demand Signal:
A resource is required to support delivery expansion and increased support demand for the COH/DOH Central Team. COH/DOH application experience is required. Delivery includes Application Development and AM Change services.
Skills Required:
Services Information Developer, IV (Specialist). Individual will be a member of the central COH/DOH Applications Development Programme. You will join the existing team to provide AD/ Change Services support for the Customer Order Handling (COH) and Dispatch Order Handling (DOH). In addition, this team supports the DOH Warehouse Module (DWM) application.
There are 61 COH and 33 DOH installations globally. COH/DOH are iSeries applications. The Company provides all application development services for these applications.
The position responsibilities are as follows:
• Interfaces directly with the client.
• Provides Development and Change Service support for COH and DOH base systems and installations if required.
• Analyzes and resolves complex business problems related to COH/DOH application development and processing.
• Designs, prepares and executes unit and system tests to validate solutions.
• Provides time / resource estimates for assigned tasks and projects
• Completes documentation for all application and data changes per account SICS audit requirements.
• Requires English fluency both speaking and writing
• Requires strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
Required technical skills:
More than 5 years experience providing AS400 application support (Implementer, ILE and RPG/400, SYNON, Query 400, CL, DB2/400, Source Entry Utility, Data File Utility, SQL Interactive, Application Development Toolkit (PDM), IBM Advanced Job Scheduler, FTP, Query Manager, SQL, Job Scheduler Spool Handler, Hawkeye )
