At Digital Office we work with Information Management to support departments within Industrial Operations, where Digital Trust, Digital Threads, Data Driven, Privacy, Information Security are some of our lead areas.
Our group is involved and supports TRATON Group R&D (Research & Development) from an Information Management perspective with enabling information, security support or digital solutions. The need of data and complex environment is continuously increasing and requiring correct and safe data.
We are therefore searching for a new colleague to strengthen our team.
Your assignment:
We are seeking a talented Information Architect who will lead our Information Architecture team and serve as Product Owner. In this multifaceted role, you will play a crucial role securing methodology for information modelling related to product data management to ensure interoperability between organizations and systems.
Additionally, you will lead a team of data engineers and developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
Your responsibilities:
As an Information Architect, your role encompasses several critical responsibilities. First, you'll develop information architecture strategies that align with business objectives and user needs. This involves analyzing user requirements and behavior to create effective information structures, including ontologies.
Collaboration is key-you'll work closely with stakeholders, designers, developers, and content creators to seamlessly integrate information architecture into the product/service development process.
Additionally, conducting usability testing and gathering feedback will allow you to iterate and enhance information architecture solutions.
Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in information architecture and user experience design is essential. As the Product Owner, you'll define and prioritize product backlog items, refine requirements, and ensure the team delivers value with each sprint. Leading a cross-functional team of information architects, developers, and content creators, you'll provide guidance and mentorship to achieve product goals.
Lastly, securing cooperation with the Knowledge Graph Centre of Excellence and actively participating in governance meetings for Information Architecture contribute to the overall success of your role.
Your profile
• Bachelor's degree in information science, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience as an Information Architect or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge in information architecture tools and methodologies, preferably from Semantic Technology Stack and related to Knowledge Graph development.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
• Understanding of agile principles and practices.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards shared goals.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication- and collaboration skills, and you write and speak both in Swedish and English fluently. German is bonus.
• Working with product development processes and PDM/PLM systems is meritorious.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge about Semantic Web Stack, SHACL, OWL
• Ontology development methodologies
• Solid understanding of the semantic fundamentals; triples, URIs, RDF, and serialisation formats like turtle and N3
• Experience with modelling tools (e.g., Metaphactory, Protégé, Sparx EA)
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards and guidelines
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
