We are looking for a Customer Service Agent, who will ensure top-class service to our customers via phone, email, social media and chat.

About the position
In this role you will be responsible for our first line customer contact. You will report to Head of Marketing and eCommerce.
Main responsibilities:
• Ensure top-class service to our customers via phone, email, social media and chat
• Keep information on the website's FAQ and store information up to date and develop this for clearer information to customers

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year experience from working within customer service
• Exceptional grammar, writing, and editing skills
• Fluent in English and Swedish both spoken and written. Finnish is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
• Experience with Zendesk is a merit

Office based / Home based: Office based. It is possible to work remotely one day a week.
