In-house Sales Agent
This is a new team in our growing organisation; therefore you will have the opportunity to build the foundation of our success. We work mostly with big clients on big deals in various countries. You will become an Employer Branding Expert, in an exciting market, working with interesting products. If you are hungry for knowledge and passionate about selling then you will find this job very rewarding!
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Your focus will be on sales of media, research and communication solutions within the field of employer branding to existing and prospective clients in Europe. You will have freedom in you daily work, but at the same time there will be high demands on your performance. You will be working at a fast pace, dealing with several clients a day. Planning and follow-up throughout the sales cycle is absolutely necessary to ensure that you reach your targets. It is important that you are able to build good relationships with your clients over the phone and email. You will be based in Stockholm in a working environment that has an international atmosphere and where you are required to be self motivated, flexible and dedicated to achieving your goals. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• At least a high school qualification and 3-4 years working experience
• University degree and 2 years working experience
• Telesales experience from Business to Business or experience in Media sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good English skills
• Fluent in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, German, French or Dutch. (1st language level preferable)
• Additional Language skills are an advantage
• Experience of developing and executing your own projects.
