Presentation
The role holder will specially look at the internal experimental in vivo data (both PD and efficacy) that resides in Excel templates and map the data to the In Vivo Data Contract (training on the contract will be provided). They will need to look at the changes needed to the template and ways to map the data so it can be pulled into a single unified in vivo data store across iMED's.
The informatician will be required to work alongside the scientists in the lab.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
• The role holder must have a strong Biomedical background; preferably at MSc or PhD levels or professional experience in in vivo biology.
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel with experience of VBA for Excel.
• Proven professional experience, not older than 1½ years, of basic computational technologies including scripting (e.g. Perl, Python, Knime, Pipeline Pilot etc.). We are not expecting professional software developer-level skills, but a basic fluency in the technologies above.
• Flexibility in adjusting to changing environment and project needs.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem solving, and demonstrated leadership skills is essential. You also have to be extreamly accurate in your work.
