Description :
TPM for Enterprise Architecture Integration
Businessprocess consultant for trading processes
IoT expert for supporting PDU
Managing B2B integration projects with Ericsson's customers.
What are the tasks / milestones:
Expert knowledge in a broad field of integration software, from a technical as well as from an application perspective.
Expert knowledge in semantic web and blockchain technology.
Indepth knowledge about the Ericsson business processes, particularly in the trading processes with external partners.
Senior Project Management skills
Create SOD and hand over to the IT Service Provider for design and build
Manage or monitor projects with Customers
Sign off solutions.
Requirements/ Must have:
Expert knowledge of the order management processes in SAP, specialized in applying integration technologies in the EDI processes.
Indepth knowledge about the Ericsson business processes, particularly in the trading processes with external partners.
Good communication skills and understanding of commercial interests
Senior Project Management skills

Business-to-Business Integration is the automation of, in most cases, existing processes. This automation requires alignment of these processes which involves a lot of change management.
The skill to explain in non-technical terms what this comes down and to get the business on board is therefore essential.
In order to get to the optimum solutions, it is often needed to have direct dialog with customers about what is the best way forward. Understanding the importance of the commercial interests is a must in these discussions, so the skill to "negotiate" without damaging the commercial interests is key.
Working with Ericsson companies and Customers around the globe requires good social skills, a lot of patience and perseverance. Managing B2B projects comes down to managing multiple parties; the Customer, the Ericsson account, process architects and the IT Service Provider.
Understanding the bigger picture is a must, Business-to Business Integration requires an end-to-end process approach. B2B team members are seen as experts by the business and process architects. Advice is often requested about processes and legal requirements.
