hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced and skilled Asset Manager to join our R&D team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management of hardware in our R&D labs.
About the role
We are seeking an Asset Manager to drive lifecycle management of hardware in our R&D labs. The ideal candidate is administratively skilled, highly structured and accurate, with excellent communication abilities in English (Swedish preferred), and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of Ericsson hardware, servers, and experience with Ericsson-specific tools such as Equipman, eStart, PiWin, SAP, Jira, and excel is highly desirable.
Key responsibilities:
• Handling administrative tasks for hardware transfers to ensure quick and accurate execution, including updating inventory systems.
• Surplus management, including scrapping of assets.
• Improving data quality by monitoring and increasing accuracy in our inventories.
• You will be working on both ticket-driven and self-driven tasks.
• Utilizing Ericsson specific tools such as Equipman, eStart, PiWin, as well as SAP, Jira, and Excel.
This role is as a consultant via Adecco and is planned to start within immediate effect and go on until the end of 2023. For the right candidate there are great possibilities for prolongment.
Requirements:
• Strong administrative skills and a structured, accurate approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Swedish language skills would be an advantage.
• A team player who can also lead themselves.
• Knowledgeable in hardware, including Ericsson hardware and servers.
• Prior experience with Ericsson would be an advantage.
