Our Access Onboarding team has the overview of Klarna's internal application stack when it comes to Access Management. They have the big picture and at the same time the detailed look at each system. They understand system owner needs and demands, and help them to get their system "fit" from the perspective of access configuration. They mine data to create insightful reports that allow effective steering and prioritization of improvement activities. In all this, they work closely with the neighboring teams, such as Directory Services and Access Management.
What you'll get to do:
Provide in-depth technical guidance to your internal customers to help them integrate their systems with central tools for identity and access management
Support your customers to determine optimal access configurations for their needs
Develop tools, APIs and automations to make the onboarding process for new systems as seamless and efficient as possible
Work closely together with system owners and engineers globally across Klarna
Some of the technologies you'll get to work with:
AWS cloud infrastructure
SSO solutions like Okta and Duo
Identity governance and administration tooling (Sailpoint, Forgerock)
Directories (LDAP, AD)
To succeed in this role, we think you should have:
Experience in programming in Python and/or Java
Proven ability to work independently as a software engineer and drive software projects from idea to implementation
Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) concepts and protocols
Experience with SSO solutions like Okta or Duo is a plus
A drive for creating the best user experience enabling your customers to be as effective as possible.
