The Human Resources Business Partner Wella Nordic Leads the High Performance Organization Pillar of the Wella Nordic strategy. Together with the Wella Nordic Hub leader and lead-team they are fully accountable for the subsidiary top and bottom line deliverables and organization morale results.
Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for Wella employees across 4 countries Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.
• Owns productivity, Enrollment targets and associated budgets.
• Leads the recruiting process.
• Coordinates Talent development and assignment planning with functional talent councils.
• Leads the capability program for Managers of others and front line sales and Education.
• Leads annual process for Priority setting, employee evaluation, and talent assessment.
• Leads Employee Communication System.
• Manages the reward and recognition system and monitors the sales variable pay.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 5 to 10 years experience in Human Resources Management
• Experience in managing Human Resources for Salon Professional Industry, or equivalent B2B with large sales organizations
• Recruiting, Compensation and Benefits, People development, Organization Performance.
• Leadership/Self starting capabilities, collaboration skills, creativity and strategic analysis
• Business Administration degree, preferably with specialization in Human Resource Management
• Fluent in English
• International working Experience is a plus.
