As our current HR Manager will go on maternity leave, we are currently looking for someone who can replace her during approx. 12 months. Expected start date is end of October for a hand-over of tasks.
About the job
You will lead and execute all HR work in the Nordic region (Sweden, Norway and Denmark) such as performance management, recruitment, development, compensation management, health and safety as well as support the organization with HR processes like yearly salary review and Performance Evaluation. You will be responsible for all labor law related matters in region. The job also include the planning and execution of various administrative tasks related to the mentioned areas above.
You will support and guide 16 managers in three countries regarding personnel topics while ensuring that the 125 employees in the region are being treated professionally and in compliance with company policy & local legislation. You will also have the possibility to participate in various global HR projects depending on your interest and skills.
Being present at our offices throughout the region and staying close to all parts of the organization makes travelling to a natural part of the position.

Qualifications
• Proven experience from working in a similar HR function, as a HR Manager or HR specialist/HR generalist.
• University degree in Human Resources Development and Labor Relations or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of the labor legislation across Scandinavia and preferable practical work experience in Norway, Sweden and Denmark
• Experience working within an international company
• Fluent in English and at least one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian)
