hela Sverige Our client is a leading global industrial green tech company. For this independent business unit with approximately 800 employees covering Northern Europe, the company now requires a HR-D Director for a newly created position.
You will be responsible for a HR team supporting Northern Europe and taking care of all tasks related to HR development and the entire organisational and people-related development area.
Based on HR data, knowledge and information already gathered, you will further develop all activities within the HR-D area with a view to ensuring appropriate people resources & talent and target setting, drive performance management, talent and succession planning, etc. You will secure customer focus by being business and service-minded with a strong external view towards the customers' needs. The basic tools are in place, and now your success depends on you developing and building up the function, bringing it to the next level. You will work closely together with the managers responsible for business and in a cross-organisational co-operation with the corporate Global Development Community.
The future HR-D Director has a higher education and a couple of years of experience with development and/or learning activities from an internationally expanding company. Furthermore, you will have a minimum of two-three years of managerial experience and a solid knowledge of Organisational Development, Performance Management and Process Excellence. Concept & Tool Implementation, multicultural understanding and excellent communication skills (the business language is English) are prerequisites for handling this job.
