hela Sverige Job DescriptionTo our client we are now looking for an HR Specialist!As a crucial member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving key HR processes, maintaining HR data, and serving as a point of contact for employees and managers. You will also have the opportunity to lead various HR development projects and contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives.
HR Operations is the organizations second line when it comes to HR related questions and requests and handles the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource function.
In the role you will have the following key responsibilities.
Manage and develop operational HR processes.
Enable HR data & Analytics.
Support HR activities and projects.
Qualifications You have arelevant academic degree such as HR.
You have experience within a broad HR operations role.
You are fluentin Swedish and English in speech and writing.
You have proven ability to master IT systems.
Experience of the HR system Workday, a ticket system, working in a global company and working within work environment area is meritorious.
Personal Qualities To thrive in the role of HR Specialist you are structured, independent and work well under pressure. You are also a fast learner and a team player.

SalaryAs agreed.
Admission and ApplicationFull time, office hours. Our client wishes to start around 2024-09-16 and the assignment is expected to run until 2025-03-16 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client.
