Come join a vibrant HR Operations team in Sweden as an HR Specialist with strong operational HR skills! As an essential team member, you will be instrumental in managing important HR procedures, handling HR data, and being a primary contact for employees and managers. You will also get to lead different HR projects and help with strategic initiatives. Please note that due to organizational changes, this role will be transferred to a different legal entity soon.

HR Operations serves as the second level of support for HR inquiries and tasks within the organization, managing the daily activities of the HR department. Their goal is to simplify tasks for the employees by emphasizing teamwork, automating processes, and enhancing manager expertise in daily operations.

Job Assignments

• Responsibility and primary duties of HR Operations: include overseeing and enhancing day-to-day HR procedures. This involves handling various tasks from hiring to employee departure, including aspects like recruitment, orientation, payroll, benefits, policy changes, workplace conditions, employee wellness, attendance tracking, and exit processes
• Offer current policies, procedures, and templates that comply with collective agreements and local regulations
• Maintain an employee handbook that is suitable and consistent across different countries
• Support leaders and employees with human resource issues
• Guarantee the accuracy of HR information
• Deliver HR data and analysis to the organization to offer valuable perspectives
• Assist local HR Consultants (Country team) with strategic human resource initiatives
• Aid global HR functions with annual activities like engagement surveys and performance management procedures
• Assist in HR-related tasks for merger, demerger, acquisition, and outsourcing projects
Your role

In this position, you will primarily use the Zendesk ticket system and the Workday personnel system. The role involves a combination of customer service and administrative tasks, and to succeed, you should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes. Initially, you will handle basic processes and have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities as you progress. You will collaborate closely with a team of 6 colleagues in HR Operations, as well as work with other HR team members and support functions on a daily basis.

Requirements

• A relevant academic degree like Human Resources
• Experience within a broad HR operations role (2-3 years)
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English languages
• Demonstrated capability in utilizing IT platforms

• Self-reliant
• Perform effectively in stressful situations
• Quick to grasp new concepts
• Collaborative and cooperative with others

Personal traits nice to have:

• Challenging the existing methods of operation with honesty and strong principles.
Experience/skills nice to have:
• Skilled in using Excel
• Familiarity with the HR platform Workday
• Proficient in using a ticket system
• Previous experience in a multinational corporation
• Expertise in work environment area
