The Learning Development team are looking for you who are interested in driving the CEVT Learning Transformation to a modern, digitized and pedagogic approach as well as developing and run different leadership initiatives.
We, Ellen and Marie, are looking for a new colleague to our Learning Development team. In our team we drive both strategic learning initiatives within e.g. leadership development and corporate culture. We are also responsible for CEVT Academy which is our course catalogue for all people at CEVT. We have a strong interest in human behavior, continuous learning and to support and develop each other.
As HR Specialist in our team you will take lead on developing new as well as existing leadership activities as well as plan and facilitate leadership workshop. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating our learning transformation and according to needs initiate projects focused on digitalization and pedagogic. We also expect you to contribute in the overall development of our team the learning and development function at CEVT.
As continuous development is key for us and the business, we are looking for a colleague who challenges old mindsets and support new ideas and ways of working. With a relevant university degree and several years of working experience in your baggage, we believe you are an expert within your field with the capacity to transform strategic directions into actual learning activities. To thrive in this role we believe you are good at building and maintaining relationships and are able to create networks both internally and with external partners. As our team has an agile working approach we are seeking for a flexible team member who likes to drive and deliver projects in your field and are good at prioritizing and taking decisions. Since we are a small team with many different strategical and operational activities on our table, we hope that you both enjoy being part of our team and simultaneously are independent and courageous, finding ways to solve the challenges within your areas.

- Develop new as well as existing leadership development activities.
- Coordinate and manage learning transformation projects with focus on digitalization and pedagogics.
