We are now looking for an HR Specialist within the employer branding area to our HR department in Lund, Sweden.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
This role offers a great variety of tasks within the Employer Branding area. You will work closely and have a lot of contact with the rest of the HR team, our Marketing team and managers within the business.
You will be responsible for Axis' Employer Branding and you will work to further develop, drive and implement our employer brand towards strategically important target groups and develop our employer brand nationally. This also includes internal employer branding.
Furthermore, you will work with social media activities to support Axis's Employer Branding and Recruitment strategy. You will also be responsible for School and university relations and represent Axis on fairs and other events. You will also be responsible for our Employee survey.
As Axis is a fast growing company with a continuous focus on recruitment, you will also be involved in our daily recruitment work, such as advertising, interviewing and supporting our managers in the process.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We believe you enjoy working in a role where high pace, multitasking and variation is essential for your success. In order to perform well in this position we believe you have the following background and qualifications:
University studies in Human Resources Management or Marketing 4-5 years of experience from working in a similar role, preferable from a technology-intensive industry Experience in working with Employer Branding Experience in building relationships and coordinate projects with external and internal vendors, for example communication agencies Experience in recruitment Good knowledge in digital web including social media
As a person you are service minded, well organized and find your motivation and passion in networking closely with the business. We also believe that you are a fast learner with a business-oriented approach that enjoy and are able to work with a wide number of tasks in a changing environment. You are a very good communicator, both written and verbal in Swedish and English.
To succeed in this role you are enthusiastic, have a high level of integrity and professionalism and are able to work independently, structured and proactively.
You have a lot of drive, the ability to find new ways of reaching your goals, and are constantly looking for possibilities to improve things and create new ideas.
