As an HR Specialist - Compensation & Performance Partner, you will support the implementation of HR strategy within a specific functional area in Europe, aligning with Group directives. You will represent regional needs to the global Performance & Reward function and collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR Services to ensure seamless support for the business.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Drive and contribute to Compensation & Performance strategy across Sweden, Finland, Norway, and the Baltics, ensuring alignment with Group policies and best practices.
Manage and oversee compensation programs, ensuring compliance with company philosophy and legal requirements while optimizing talent attraction and retention.
Implement and maintain total rewards processes in accordance with company guidelines.
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to address current challenges through improved HR policies and processes.
Monitor market trends in total rewards and recommend consistent, competitive solutions.
Develop and execute country- and region-specific programs in consultation with global Expert Services, sharing best practices where relevant.
Act as a key contact for Group Expert Services, providing feedback on implementation and supporting design projects.
Lead compensation-related projects, such as Workday implementation, as assigned by the local HR Leadership Team.
Collaborate with Operational HR Services (GBS) to enhance support and monitor service delivery against SLAs.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and financial plans, managing exceptions and escalating as necessary.
Qualifications You have a Bachelors or Masters degree within relevant area.
You have several years of experience working within HR and Compensation.
You have advanced Microsoft Excel- and HRIS skills (e.g. SAP/ Workday).
You are fluent in English in speech and writing.
Experience in working in a global organization is preferred.

SalaryAs agreed.
Admission and ApplicationFull time, office hours. Our client wishes to start around 2025-06-01 and the assignment is expected to run until 2026-06-01 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client.
