Are you a strong leader with passion for delivering world class HR Services to the company to secure business success?



We are looking for a Director for our HR Service Centre in Sweden. In this role you will be responsible for the overall successful service delivery for the entire HR Service Cetnre portfolio. Together with your management team you will play an important role in driving service levels and efficiency to support the business strategy. You will lead the HR Service Centre Management Team with 4 managers reporting to you and be responsible for a highly professional HR Service Centre of 35 employees delivering services in Service Management, Resourcing, Learning & Development, Reward and HR Data Administration.



Main responsibilities

• Determine, lead and follow up of the operational strategy for the HR core services delivery in the geography.
• Lead the daily operations of the HR Service Centre to secure quality service delivery.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity and operation continuity through effective organization structure planning, resource planning and optimization.
• Track performance and identify areas of continuous improvement for geography.
• Work with HR Business Partners and HR Country Services team to secure services delivered meet business requirements and comply with legal requirements and market norms.
• Engage business stakeholders and secure client satisfaction on service delivery.
• Engage the team on a common goal and objectives and leads the team to achieve the required results.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional experience in a Swedish HR Service Operations environment.
• University Bachelor degree or equivalent. Preferably with professional HR accreditations.
• Possess grounded HR functional knowledge in HR core processes.
• Strong leadership capabilities demonstrated by the ability to build effective and performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer focused with strong quality mindset and agility in problem solving.
