The HR Global Mobility team are looking for you who are interested in leading and coaching a team of three as well as being the champion for Global Mobility strategies and operations within CEVT.
We are a team of three self-propelled specialists and administrators responsible for International Service Employees, International Local Hires and Business Travelers. We are now looking for a leader to our team. As our manager you are responsible for developing new Global Mobility processes and policies in accordance to new business requirements as well as making sure we continuously deliver great service to our internal customers. You will also be directly involved in our daily operations, for example supporting international hires with settling in services and employees going on international assignments with relocation support. As having an international and mobile workforce is key to CEVT's success our team plays an important role in making sure international travel, international recruitment and international assignments run smoothly and are compliant.
We are looking for a manager taking initiatives on improvements within our area of expertise as well as coaching and supporting our development as a team. You might already have some managerial experience, or maybe you are now ready to take the next step in your career? Key is that you are good at building and maintaining relationships, since you will daily meet employees, managers, job applicants, external suppliers and other stakeholders. We believe you have worked within HR for several years, with focus on Global Mobility in recent years. To thrive in this role we believe you are an excellent communicator who enjoys working in a cross-cultural and innovative environment.
Your main focus in this role
- Play a leading role in the planning and pursuit of future Global Mobility solutions.
- Coach, support and lead the Global Mobility team.
- Support daily mobility operations and take initiatives on improvements.
- Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers and other stakeholder.
- Make sure we are compliant when we travel.
Key attributes of our next colleague

- At least five years experience of working with Global Mobility.
- Great at building and nurturing relationships.
- Cross-cultural awareness and excellent communication skills.
