hela Sverige As a Senior HR Advisor with specific focus on our Rehabilitation you will support the business and HR ensuring our Rehabilitation process for all of Sweden is fit for purpose and efficient.
You will be a part of the HR Services Sweden team and join the great group of five senior HR Advisors, located in Södertälje and Gothenburg. You will be working together with all areas of HR (HRBP 's, specialist groups and generalists/advisors) to make the HR operating model come to life.
The HR Services Sweden is part of the global AstraZeneca HR function who is responsible for an effective and efficient HR service delivery. The HR services are delivered through a mixed model with both inhouse, outsourced and off shored teams. The more complex transactions and demand organization are retained within AstraZeneca Sweden

Main Duties and Responsibilities
You will work with HR colleagues and Business leaders to diagnose, design and deliver relevant Rehabilitation support. To be successful in this role you need to have an ability to influence and build solid relationships and manage stakeholders with conflicting views.
Being an experienced HR professional, you have the solid background and personality to coach and support your Senior Advisor colleagues in their daily work. In Rehabilitation specifically but of course in broader HR topics as well.
With a solid experience from working within HR in general and Rehabilitation specifically we believe you are set up well for this role.
You will:
* Own and continuously improve the rehabilitation process and be responsible for updating the policy, process and supporting documents when legislation and policies are changing.
* Own and manage trainings in Rehabilitation and Alcohol & Drugs
* Be updated on news and trends within the area and actively network with peers at other companies and external forums to continuously develop the ways of working and share the AZ good practices
* Collaborate with SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) in vendor selection and provide feedback on healthcare vendors and other external partners used in the rehabilitation process. Could act as an escalation and triage point, taking ownership to resolve any issues raised by HR, SHE or customers.
On a day to day basis you will:
* Coach and support managers in complex rehabilitation cases as well as general HR queries
* Provide guidance and coaching to Senior HR Advisors on the rehabilitation process.
* Create, share and follow data analytics related to rehabilitation to identify areas for improvements and keep the Swedish HR leadership team updated.

Essential Requirements
* Experiense and knowledge in general HR processes e.g. Talent Management and Performance Management
* Rehabilitation work experience
* Labour Law knowledge, especially within the Rehabilitation area
* Ability to work with and set expectations/demands towards internal stakeholders, e.g. Senior Safety Delegates, SHE and Occupational Health Providers
* Union relations experience
* Excel skills
* Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
* Ability to think conceptually as well as having attention to details.
* Experience of vendor collaboration and management
* Self-motivated and able to work in an independent fashion as well as a team environment.
* Very good Collaboration skills
* Fluent in Swedish and English both verbal and in writing
* Coaching and leadership skills
Desirable Requirements
* Experience within the AstraZeneca HR
* Experience or knowledge of our HR system Workday
* Ability to run and interpret HR reports to be able to use the data in the support to the business
