We now have a phenomenal opportunity for an HR Organizational Health Data Analyst to join our HR team in Sweden working closely with senior stakeholders and managers to provide accurate sick leave data and report on our Organizational Health KPI 's.

What you will do

Lead the way in organizational health data reporting - from exploring data and AI, to working in the cloud on new technologies. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining Sick-leave HR reports and providing analytics to the business to support informed decisions and highlight risk in an effective manner. You will work collaboratively with relevant areas within HR, SHE and the business to understand the needs, how to priorities and how these needs can be addressed in a cost effective manner. As the Data analyst you know the way around Excel and other HR related system where data will either be pulled from or analysed through, and you know how to tell a story based on the data you extract. Your work is govern by lean principles and you actively aim for automation where possible.

The HR Data Analyst reports to HR Sweden lead but works without direct supervision and with a large degree of independence.



Typical accountabilities will include

* Provide the right level of sick-leave data on agreed timelines to HR, Business, the Unions, and SHE
* Reports on KPI 's in OSA standard (Host manager, OSA Survey, etc.) to both HR, and SHE
* Provide analytics of sick-leave trends to HR, Business and SHE and highlights areas of risk in business based on data insights
* Responsible for keeping adequate documentation updated

Required Skills & Knowledge

* Bachelors Degree or equivalent
* Proven Data Analytics
* Proven data reporting skills
* Experience in managing and collating data from several systems or different formats to present as one
* Great communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in Swedish and English
