As HR Manager at Alfa Quality Moving you'll be a part of a successful company that provide a peace of mind for people on the move with the hope to enhance the lives of assignees and their families. Our mobility & assignment services are delivered by a large team of people across Scandinavia. We are about 100 engaged employees today in the Swedish company and with 11 offices throughout Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland Alfa's interconnected workforce manages mobility and assignment services in 150 countries annually. In this role you will get the opportunity to work close to the business on both a strategic and operational level. This includes all ranges of HR, meaning securing Alfa Quality Moving's HR processes and policies. For example recruitment, onboarding, competence mapping, compensation & benefits and contractual issues as well as questions regarding work environment, rehabilitation and employer branding. You are a part of the management board and report to the CEO. The position is placed in Jönköping. We are looking for someone with substantial experience in Human Resources, preferably from the service sector in an international context. We believe you manage a similar position today wherefrom you've become comfortable and competent handling all sort of HR related questions. Your CV shows a track record of successful implemented changes in previous assignments. You have very good knowledge in Swedish labor law and you manage both Swedish and English at a high level in speech and writing.
