We are looking for an experienced HR professional who are eager to support and develop the right leadership, competence and strategic HR objectives for the future at VCE operations in Hallsberg. As HR Manager you are responsible for driving, developing and coordinating all kind of HR tasks at the site.
As HR Manager you are a member of the VCE Hallsberg management team as well as the VCE Sweden and Ops Eu HR network.You will report directly to Vice President Human Resources Operations Europe, dotted line to General Manager for Hallsberg operations. You will lead a small team.
Main Responsibilities
• Being accountable for our overall factory objectives, with a special focus
• on HR, change management, high performing culture, employee relations, leadership & competence development.
• Being responsible to drive and implement the Volvo Group and VCE HR strategic objectives within Hallsberg.
• Taking an active role and responsibility in Hallsberg management team as well as the VCE Ops Eu HR Network(s)
• Coaching & mentoring management in HR issues
• Continuously drive and support a healthy and safe culture
• Responsible for the Hallsberg plant employee relations and negotiations
• Support managers in their work to create engagement and participation from all employees in order to implement continuous improvements
• Communicate HR strategic information to the organisation and secure honest dialogue.
• Driving change management within HR and supporting the rest of the organization using our Volvo Production System (VPS).

Competencies/Skills
• Appropriate academic education and qualifications in Human Resources Management required.
• At least 3 years' experience in a senior HR position, deep knowledge and experience of HR leadership, as well as experience from manufacturing environment
• Knowledge and experience of Swedish labour law and union relations is required
• Excellent facilitation, coaching and negotiations skills
• Demonstrates passion for the business with the highest degree of integrity, credibility, and confidentiality. A clear understanding of business issues within a manufacturing environment and ability to use communication to achieve business objectives
• You are flexible, careful and possess the ability to make things happen. You have confidence in own ability and be prepared to question and challenge managers and others
• Work with values and cultural management
• Strong communication with good verbal and written skills. Excellent level of written and spoken Swedish and English is required.
The position is located in Hallsberg, Örebro Län.
