What You 'll Do:
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to our awesome HR team in Vårgårda and Sweden, being a part of an exciting and dynamic environment.
In Vårgårda, where our growing Production site is located, you will work closely with our Production Managers on-site in a consultative role within the entire HR spectrum. You will be actively supporting our business, both short and long term, in areas such as Workforce Planning, Change Management, Team- and Performance Management. You will also have a close cooperation with our Unions.
Together with colleagues in HR, you will also drive your own projects with the purpose to develop and streamline the HR deliveries at Country level, reporting to the HR Country Manager.
What you'll bring:
You are a senior HR-Professional with broad experience in the HR area. We especially appreciate your strong negotiation skills, labor law knowledge and prestige less attitude. People often describe you as actionable with a down to earth attitude.
You thrive in an environment of constant learning, discovering new ways of working, based on the company's mission, vision and values. You have a collaborative mindset, focusing on the team effort and what we accomplish together. You work independently, driving your own processes while understanding your role in the organization.
You are used to working pro-actively and taking own initiative, building long-term and trustworthy relationships and partnerships in the organization. With the aid of your excellent communication- and coaching skills you will bring us forward to reaching the next step as an Employer of Choice.
To be successful in this position, we believe that you have:
• Several years experience within broad qualified HR work
• Experience and skills in facilitating and holding workshops and trainings
• Experience from blue collar environment
• Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
We highly value experience from Automotive Industry.
Education
• University degree in Human Resource or equivalent
