Wallenius Water is one of the world's leading environmental technology companies within the field of chemical-free water purification. Over a decade of advanced research and development has resulted in Wallenius AOT purifiers, which offer natural, chemical-free protection against harmful microorganisms and other water-borne pollutants. The products also enable reductions in water and energy consumption and replace or reduce the use of chemicals.Wallenius Water headquarters are in Stockholm, and it has sales offices in Tianjin and Frankfurt - approximately 70 people are currently involved in the operation.
HR Business Partner
Wallstar Support AB is looking for a HR Business Partner for operational support to one of the Group's business areas that operate in water purification. The companies Wallenius Water/AlfaWall are in a development-and expanding phase where the focus areas within HR among others will be foreign establishment, competence maintenance and talent management. In addition to those focus areas the job will also include operative performance and support of all HR processes such as recruitment, compensation/benefit and work environment.
Your will be a part of the HR department where you are essentially located at our headquarter in Södermalm but you will also operate a few days a week at Wallenius Waters office in Kungsholmen. Business travel may also occur.
Education / experience
You have a University degree in HR or equivalent. We see that you have operational experience in a wide range of HR activities of at least five years or more towards managers/employees. Experience in leadership and labour law is a merit. Since many of the Group's companies operate internationally, good oral and written skills in English and Swedish is a requirement.
We are looking for someone who is committed, flexible as well as prestigeless and is used to working independently and taking initiative. You are quality aware and process oriented as well as business-like in your approach and you are used to consultative support of managers and employees. You are a team player who is good at building good relationships with the people you meet.
