Job Description
Have you previously worked with HR and want to develop in an international group? We are now looking for a HR Business Partner who wants to work in a dynamic work environment with great potential for influence.
Your contribution to something big
Providing HR consulting and problem solving solutions to our Management
Employer Attractiveness: Recruiting, University Marketing, Talent Management
Conducting of Bosch processes such as Annual Salary Review (ASR), Goal and Performance Dialogue (GPD), Talent and Associate Review (TAR)
Implementing strategic improvements together with the manager in your area of responsibility
Securing compliance processes/standards (GDPR, compliance)
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
Master or bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources gained through work
Pro-active personality with a continuous improvement mind-set
Swedish labour law
Experience in collaborations with unions
Communication skills in Swedish and English
