As HR Business Partner at Nasdaq you will belong to our Global HR Business Partner organization and report to our VP HR Europe. You will be located at our Stockholm office in Frihamnen together with a HR team of 10, comprising of HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, University Relations and Benefits.
In this role will you will work close with the business and act as a trusted partner and advisor in all HR and organizational questions. Furthermore, you will support managers within our Tech organization and Corporate functions; these are primarily based in Sweden, although additionally you will support managers located abroad that have team members in this country. As an HR Business Partner, you will be the local counterpart to drive and support our annual and Global HR processes for your organizations, to ensure that these are delivered to a high level of quality and in a timely manner. These incorporate but are not limited to Performance Management, Compensation, Talent Management and Employee Engagement. Business Partners at Nasdaq are well integrated into business operations and work closely and consultatively with managers to address employee related issues or labor law related matters. Additionally you will be involved in local initiatives and projects of varying nature; i.e. work environment, GDPR or local benefits.

The best suited candidate has approximately 4 years' experience in a Business Partner role and has an academic degree within the area of Human Resources, Behavioral Science or similar. He or she holds a proven track record of consultative HR, working in close collaboration with managers to identify and solve challenges within the full scope of Employee relations. Additional experience within Labor Law and or Benefits is meriting. As a team member, we assume you to be diligent and passionate about your work.
