HR Business Partner

Do you want to be a part of developing people for a different tomorrow?

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with the capability to operate in an innovative and creative environment. If you are the one we are looking for you will be a part of a dynamic, strong and professional HR BP-team that support all functions in the company. We expect you to work in partnership with leaders to support business areas in identifying and achieving their business plans. You will also ensure that HR is an integrated part of the organization, where you are to challenge and develop leaders and business. You will be a partner and first point of contact to our leaders - the role is wide and requires you to have the ability to work both hands on and strategic based on business needs.

You will work with the whole employment life cycle, and will be a member of the management team in your designated business areas in the organization.

Responsibilities and tasks

Your main work areas will be:

- Consultation to managers
- Organisational development and change management:support and work with management to understand the needs and proactively engage with leaders to meet their business requirements and goals.
- Culture and Values, develop knowledge and skills to be able to reinforce the CEVT culture with leaders and employees
- A varying of tasks such as performance mamangement, salay review, resource planning, recruitment, union relations, coachning
- Run HR projects internally in collaboration with our Center of Excellence-team and be responsible for the HR policy execution.

Profile and Background

Your role as HRBP at CEVT requires that you are solution oriented, committed and flexible.

As a person- we need you to be bold, prestigeless and open to working in a fast growing and changing environment. It also requires you to be humble, curious and creative.

So we think our new collegue is an HR generalist with:

- Experience of the HR Business Partner role within a fast changing environment where you had to overcome complex issues and tasks
- Experience and knowledge of business close HR
- Commercial minded with the ability to develop management capability across the business
- Ability to build long-term, trustiing relationships with leaders and collegues
- Proven background in leadership coaching, development and recruitment
- Ability to deliverbusiness outcomes through making best use of others strengths
- Labor law knowledge and experience
- Commercially focused with a strong business understanding
- Ability to communicate in english in an excellent way

- A degree in Human Resources or similar

Great emphasis will be placed on your personal characteristics.
