HR Business Partner

Do you want to be a part of developing people for a different tomorrow?

We are expanding our HR team with an HR Business Partner with the capability and wish to operate in an innovative and fast changing environment. We expect you to work in partnership with leaders to support business areas in identifying and achieving their business plans. You will also ensure that HR is an integrated part of the organization, where you are to challenge and develop leaders and business. You will be a partner to our leaders and their first point of contact in HR. The role is wide and requires you to have the ability to work hands on as well as strategically, based on business needs.

You will work with the whole employment life cycle and will be a member of the management team in your designated business areas in the organization. You will also be a part of a professional and supportive HR BP team as well as working in close cooperation with the HR specialist functions.

Responsibilities and tasks

Your main work areas will be:
• Partnership with managers through individual consultation and as part of management team/s
• Organizational development and change management; proactively working with leaders to understand and support business requirements and goals
• Culture and Values; develop knowledge and skills to be able to reinforce the CEVT culture among leaders and employees
• Implementation of and support in HR processes such as performance management, salary review, workforce planning, recruitment, union relations etc
• Run HR projects internally in collaboration with HR specialist functions

Profile and Background

Your role as HRBP at CEVT requires that you are solution oriented, creative, committed and flexible. Further, we think our new colleague is an HR generalist with:
• Experience of the HR Business Partner role within a fast changing environment
• Experience and knowledge of business-oriented HR work
• Ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with leaders and colleagues
• Proven background in leadership coaching, development and recruitment
• Ability to deliver business outcome through making best use of others' strengths
• Labor law knowledge and experience
• Commercially focused with a strong business understanding
• Excellent ability to communicate in English; orally and in writing.
• An academic degree in Human Resources or similar

Great emphasis will be placed on your personal characteristics.
