hela Sverige Join our client delivering first class solutions to the employees and managers in the Sweden organisation. As a People Direct (HR) Advisor, you join a group of highly motivated and service-minded professionals with a strong team spirit and passion for first class customer service. The team is responsible for giving employees and manager 's support and guidance in People Experience specific questions. You will also manage and update the My Employment section on intranet - a website that provides direct access to People Experience and other employee-related information.
What you 'll do
• Guide & Support: Ensure support and guidance to managers and employees with a high level of service via phone or written cases
• Feedback: Collect and forward feedback and suggestions for improvements to other parts of the People Experience organization
• Actively participate in the development of our service: Find areas of improvement and efficiencies in our service in order to make People Direct a first class 1st line support
Do you fit the profile?
You have a university degree within HR and minimum two years of experience from working with HR processes and policies within customer service and support functions.
One of your strengths is that you have excellent and documented communication skills (written and spoken) in both Swedish and English since you will be handling phone calls and written cases from all over our organization.
You have good skills in MS Office and is curious and eager to learn new digital tools.

Having a global business awareness, with a genuine interest in providing professional customer service and delivering on time, is important. Also, you need to have interpersonal skills so you can interact, understand and meet the needs of the employees. You read and understand agreements, regulations and guidelines and are capable to restructure various policy documents and other formal documents into 'user friendly ' easy-to-read content.
To be successful in the work you need to be organized, structured, ability to plan, handle multiple tasks and get things done with individual drive.

About the employment
The position as HR Advisor is a Consultant Assignment with start date 1st of April or as soon as possible thereafter. The assignment will initially be ongoing until 2020-09-30.
