Current Vacancies:
We are expanding our organisation and are currently looking for service minded and dedicated co-workers to join our dynamic team.
We are currently recruiting for Call Centre Advisors and Groups Advisors based in Gothenburg.
Applicants should be fluent in English and either Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Polish.
The roles involve providing excellent customer service to all our customers via email and over the telephone whilst completing various administrative tasks including making reservations and cancellations, changing existing bookings, managing payments and dealing with complaints.
For the Groups Advisor role, applicants must have a minimum of 12 months experience of managing Group bookings.

Travel or call centre experience would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
Salary is dependant on experience - our starting salary is 19,000 SEK per month.
We are open 08.00 ? 18.00 weekdays and10.00 ? 18.00 Saturdays.
