JOB DESCRIPTION
We are searching for an energetic young sales representative to help build up our program in personal training/instruction in swimming and aquatic exercise. Your tasks will include recruiting clients and growing our customer base, scheduling appointments, developing lesson plans to meet specific client needs, giving group and private lessons, and managing customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
You should have 5-10 years experience as a swim instructor and must be able to provide references. Clients will include adults and children, so experience with various age groups will be considered a strong advantage. You should have an academic background in business or economics have a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients. You should have outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. You must be able to work autonomously and have a strong ability to take initiative. You will work at various sites, so you must be flexible with regards to working hours and have a valid drivers license.
You are fluent in English and have a working knowledge of Swedish.
