You are the technology leader for heat pump technology within Electrolux Professional, primarily for tumble dryers. You drive the continuous development of this technology, as well as lead and support product development and laboratory in aspects concerning this technology.
EXAMPLE OF RESPONSIBILITIES YOU WILL BE HAVING
• Lead development of heat pump modules in projects.
• Assist Global R&D teams with specialist competence in this technology.
• Promote competence growth in this technology for relevant functions.
• Being Global R&D technology specialist in contacts with other functions.
• Monitor and assessing new opportunities for our business in this technology.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• University degree in Energy science or similar.
• Proven skills in refrigerant systems and thermodynamics.
• Strong experience of working with development of heat pump systems.
• Experience of leading projects or driving technology development.
• English, fluently in speaking and writing.
• Swedish is preferred.
