Head of SIAM Center of Excellence (COE) profile
Head of SIAM is a key leadership position responsible for leading profitable business growth in both current customers and in new opportunities. Head of SIAM is responsible for customer value, market understanding and thought leadership relating to Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
Head of SIAM COE works closely with CSI, MS and IG business development and customer responsible.
Main tasks
As Head of SIAM your main responsibility is to lead the SIAM team with full responsibility for managing the business including sales and delivery.
Your key tasks will include
• Taking the lead role in driving a profitable SIAM service
• Overall responsibility of the business related SIAM solution including offering development, promotion and go-to-market activities both externally and internally in Tieto
• Driving sales and responsible for the attractiveness and competitiveness of the service
• Overall responsibility of delivery and support capabilities of Tieto SIAM offering, making sure offering is in place and delivery achieves efficiency and quality metrics
• Managing technology, processes, tools, skills and competences required for SIAM sales, delivery and support
• Responsibility for sales support of Tieto SIAM as well as vendor management in Tieto SIAM ecosystem
• Managing the team, organizing staff levels, duties and responsibilities
• Managing sales and costs in line with targets and budget
• Analyzing sales figures and generating regular reports for the business reviews
• Setting targets and KPI's for the business together with respective service lines
• Communicating the overall performance of SIAM
• Working closely with the team to ensure that the daily management and the customer service is at a high standard
• Developing customer service strategies and policies - being actively involved in the client relationship, monitoring and evaluating customer service
Qualifications of the ideal candidate
• Business minded person with broad understanding of SIAM from customer point of view
• Good knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM tools as part of SIAM solution
• Experience in outsourcing and large IT transformation projects
• Experience of partner and vendor management
Work experience
Preferably minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Language skills
Excellent skills in both written and spoken English.
