As the Head of Workforce Planning and Analytics, you will guide and manage the overall workforce planning activity and recommend workforce actions in support of business goals and enhanced business performance.

You will play a key role in positioning workforce planning as an integral and valued part of managing the business, using best in class workforce planning processes and people analytics effectively. You will also contribute to the co-creation and development of global consistent practices.

The biggest part of your scope is Business Area Managed Services - global teams creating the future proof of Ericsson, driving innovation and digitalization agendas, spread across more than 50 countries. As part of your scope, you will also support Group IT unit.

You will report to Head of HR for Business Area Manager Services. Your role will be a key stakeholder in the team and work closely with other HR Business Partners, business stakeholders and other Subject Matter Experts. You will have an opportunity to work with several members the Executive Team and respective global units and deliver impact across multiple parts of Ericsson.

The role will be based in Stockholm, Sweden.

What does success look like in this role?

You will create an impact on the success of current business operations, as well as strategic initiatives such as:
Engage with BA/GF leadership teams to translate the business plan into a workforce plan, continuously updated through regular tactical planning and ongoing calibration.
Provide advice and innovative workforce solutions to address business issues.
Leverage and prepare reports and people analytics that can make visible trends and data points that validate talent recommendations, identify areas of focus, demonstrate the impact of workforce actions and lead to informed decisions.
Analyse business performance aligned to workforce changes to isolate problem areas and recommend solution options. Bring together workforce models and strategies to address problem areas and drive a plan of course correction.
Actively participate as a Subject Matter Expert in the Global Workforce Planning & Analytics Community of Practice.

Degree in HR, Business or related discipline, Master of Business Administration or related.
