We offer our customers services in three business areas; interim logistics and procurement consultants, recruitment of buyers and logisticians, as well as development of our customers' supply chain operations in terms of strategies, models, methods, processes, structure and competence.
On behalf of our customer we are looking for an experienced Head of supply for a permanent position, located in Kista, in the north of Stockholm. The role
As Head of supply you are responsible for the Group Supply function with managerial responsibility for Supply and logistics team in Sweden headquarters. You also act as Supply and logistics functional manager globally.
In the role as Head of supply you are to define and implement long term and efficient supply solutions globally with targets of shorter supply lead-times as well as cost and efficiency targets. You are responsible for concept development and implementation - inbound and outbound logistics, inventory hubs, future assembly locations, spare parts management and refurbishment flow, etc. You are also responsible for Trade Compliance matters and management of Third-Party Supply and Logistics Providers. Furthermore, you are to provide logistics and trade compliance expertise in business development strategies.
The position requires some travelling outside Sweden.

Continued improvements of cost, efficiency and lead time in the total supply flowSupport other functions in logistics and trade compliance mattersManage and develop relations with strategic logistics partners
Experience and competence
To be able to fit into this position you need more than 10 years of experience of supply and logistics containing a significant part of development, preferably in strategic positions. You also need experience from an international and global company as well as from manufacturing industry.
Strong strategic and leadership skills are required together with relevant academic education preferably within supply chain management or economics.
As a person you are a team player who thrive in a fast-growing corporate environment where your analytical abilities will show. You also have good cooperation skills.
