Your future business area
The Quality organization in Sweden Operations consists of 700 employees. We are working in Analytical and Microbiological labs as well as in Quality Assurance teams closely together with our manufacturing and distribution teams. In order to further strengthen our organization, we have created three new Quality leadership roles that will lead the overall Quality contribution to our Sterile, Tablets/Capsules and API/Inhalation manufacturing areas, respectively.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
In the role as Head of Quality Steriles, you will provide the strategic and tactical leadership for a team of around 65 quality professionals across multiple disciplines, e.g. QPs, release officers and microbiologists. You will have accountability for the performance of the function in terms of employee safety and health, quality, supply and budget. Driving performance improvements will be a key focus area. Yow will also be a member of the regional Quality leadership team as well as various global forums and steering teams. Contribution to cross-industry working groups is expected in this role.
As this is a new role, you will face exciting challenges and analyze, propose and implement a new organizational structure and network for the new Quality leadership team, and you will have a great impact on our future ways of working. Together we follow the science - and make a difference to the patients.
Requirements for this role
* A university degree qualified in a science, engineering, manufacturing discipline or equivalent. For Head of Quality Sterile production your competence in this specific area is fundamental.
* Extensive leadership experience from within Pharma, Quality or Manufacturing Industry
* Proven skills in creating and developing teams and strategic processes as well as being able to act agile and to be comfortable making decisions, sometimes with limited information.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience from change management initiatives
* Knowledge of regulatory issues, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and LEAN
