Nasdaq is now looking for a Head of Project Management to join our international Project Management team in Stockholm where you will be responsible for 15+ project managers as well as the Project Management Office.

The opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of complex technical systems of varying sizes to new and existing clients and to be a part of discovering new technologies within the financial industry. As Head of Project Management, you will be part of an international department that serves clients and delivers solutions to market places across the globe. You will be responsible for a highly skilled team where innovation and delivery excellence are essential and contribute to Nasdaqs overall success.
Your role and responsibilities
Responsible and accountable for managing and developing our high achieving Project Management team
Lead and coach project managers responsible for delivering complex implementation and software developmentprojects for Nasdaqs clients with high quality
Responsible for project delivery revenue, forecasting and control
Project portfolio reporting
Take an active part together with the Project Management team in improving our delivery methodology, supporting tools and processes
Coordinate and run internal and client steering meetings
Were looking for someone with
Extensive People Management and Project Management experience within software development
Excellent communication and ability to form strong partnerships with internal/external stakeholders and executives
Transformational leadership and experience with change management
Excellent ability to motivate, develop and lead high performing teams
A strong drive to achieve results and ability to thrive in a high pace environment
Experience in solving problems and driving teams toward continuous improvement
A positive mindset with the ability to engage, empower and support the teams success
It would be great if you also have
Experience with agile project management transformation
Experience working in FinTech and are familiar with the needs and concepts of financial markets that attract customers to our products
Experience managing multi product projects delivering complex integrated solutions with development teams spread globally
