Product development at Kambi is organized in cross departmental Value Streams. We are now looking to strengthen our team with a Head of Product Development Stream to take leadership of product development in its stream.
As Head of Product Development Stream, you will be an integral part of the stream management team together with the Head of IT Development and the Architect of the stream. You will also be a member of the Product Development Leadership, where Product Development Heads from across streams jointly make vital tactical and strategic decisions. You will have staff responsibility for the Product Owners in your stream and report to our SVP of Product Development.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for creating and maintaining stream vision, missions and milestones
• Define product development areas and ownership
• Align stream mission and metrics with company strategy and KPIs
• Communication of value-based stream priorities, roadmap, progress and results
• People Management for the Product Owners in your stream
• Budget preparation, plan and perform recruitment activities
• Mentor, guide and facilitate product development in the stream
Competencies:
• Experience in building advanced products with human- and technical interfaces
• Have worked with building one or more software products in production for an extended period of time
• Have both knowledge and experience of agile and/or lean software development
• Experience with Product Development Management in environments with complex dependencies
• Have a developed sense of finding and prioritizing product value in an ever-changing context
• Have interest and ability to work with people as a coaching manager
