We are looking for a Head of Product who is passionate about our customers, app technologies, product virality, churn optimization, our vision and works with us to make Natural Cycles a global success.
Job description
The Head of Product is responsible for planning, leading, organizing and motivating a team of product owners, developers and designers dedicated to the most important part of Natural Cycles - the app. Your goal will be to achieve high level of performance and quality in delivering the best app there is. You will be responsible for the product roadmap and understanding the data on how the users use the product, fast iteration to test new creative ideas and A/B testing will be crucial parts of making our app even more of a success than it is today. The medical parts of the product are separate from this role.
Essential Job Requirements
You will work with the team to articulate the vision and setting the strategy and roadmap for the? Natural Cycles app, focusing on our customers, churn and virality.
Team Management - you will be responsible for your product team consisting of product owners of different parts of the app, developers, designers and data experts. Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high level of quality for the team.?
Managing expectations for project deliverables within, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.
Qualifications
You are a performance driven person and used to get insights from data analytics.
You have a deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense.
You are capable of tackling loosely defined problems.
Balanced business/technical background:Sufficient level of technical understanding to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.
Ability to provide leadership to business analysts and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value.
Skills
You are an experienced Product manager for mobile apps.
Analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
Interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
Knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.
Creative approach to problem solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view.
You know how to communicate with stakeholders, as well as working closely with a team of engineers.
You are experienced in setting and executing on a product backlog, balancing innovation, maintenance and support.
You care about the end user, and see the connection between the platform and the experience.
