Pierce, one of the most successful online retailers in Sweden, are looking for a talented and ambitious, intrapreneur to run our Performance Marketing team. We are looking for a result-oriented and analytical person to join our marketing team in Stockholm, Sweden. As Head of Performance Marketing you will have the key role in our online marketing as well as on-site activities in an international, high paced, and innovative environment. In this role you will lead and manage the Performance team, the online marketing budget and be responsible for reaching our ambitious Sales targets across all of our international markets.
You will report to the Sales and Marketing Director and be involved in setting goals, budgets and KPI's for all markets and track performance accordingly. This role requires you to have experience in search engine marketing, conversion optimization and online analysis, as well as excellent leadership skills. The role requires both a good operational understanding of digital marketing as well as the ability to zoom out to identify new possibilities and set strategies.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for sales, analytics, budgeting and cost control in all Performance Marketing channels and Search Engine Optimization, currently including the following:
Google Ad formats (Adwords, YouTube, Display etc.)
SEO
Marketplaces, such as eBay, Amazon, CDiscount and many more
Price Comparison sites
Retargeting networks
Paid Social Advertising
Human resource manager for the Performance Marketing team (currently 5-6 FTE)
Drive growth in organic search by identifying and implementing opportunities and tactics that grow our search visibility within Google Adwords, Google Shopping.
Monitor SEM performance and perform competitor analysis.
Monitor and analyze online behavior and conversion funnel.
Keeping track of trends in online marketing and SEO/CRO/SEM in particular.
We think you might have the following background/profile:
Working Experience
Proven Leadership experience.
6+ years experience of managing Search / Display / Shopping/ Remarketing campaigns with a strong track record.
Experience with Social Media advertising is a big plus.
Experience in working with Google Tag Manager.
Experience from working with relevant metrics and KPI's.
Advanced Excel skills. You are familiar with pivot tables, data management. Strong analytical mindset and attention to details.
Education & specific skills (incl. language)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or similar.
Personal characteristics
A self-starter; able to work independently with minimal direction
You are fast processing, reliable, structured and highly motivated.
Excellent analytical skills: Ability to develop recommendation based on fact-based conclusions, supported by necessary and powerful facts.
Experience in handling product feeds is a big plus.
Ability to deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
Ability to prioritize workloads and be capable of managing a broad range of areas.
High drive and ambition.
A driven leader - you will be a role model both within your team and in the company at large.
