About the role:
As we scale our growth ambition across EMEA, we are looking for a Head Paid Acquisition to define and execute the company's growth marketing strategy across the full customer lifecycle-from awareness and acquisition to activation, retention, and revenue expansion. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a growth leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, and who knows how to turn performance marketing into a durable growth engine. This role blends strategic thinking, analytical depth, and cross-functional leadership to accelerate sustainable business growth.

What you will do:
In this role you will own and scale the EMEA paid acquisition strategy across all channels, driving sustainable and profitable growth through data-driven experimentation and continuous optimization. You will translate business objectives into clear acquisition roadmaps with measurable outcomes, while leading, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing regional and functional teams. In addition, you will partner closely with Product, D2C, Analytics, Brand, and Finance to ensure full end-to-end alignment of the growth strategy.
As Head of Paid Acquisition, you will drive sustainable growth targets and long-term value by operating hands-on-both personally and through your team-while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders and maintaining deep alignment with the commercial agenda. You will lead quality and conversion improvements across all funnel stages, driving growth in activation, retention, sales, and engagement through data-driven strategy and continuous optimization.

In detail, you will be responsible for:
Performance & Optimization
Identifying, testing, and scaling high-performing acquisition channels (paid media, organic, SEO, partnerships, referral).
Optimizing user and buyer journeys across all touchpoints.
Overseeing budgets, forecasting, pacing, and performance reporting across all paid channels.
Establishing a rigorous A/B and multivariate testing roadmap (creative, landing pages, audiences, bidding, offers).
Implementing processes for continuous optimization of CAC, LTV/CAC ratio, ROAS, and yield across funnel stages.
Conducting deep user, market, and competitive analyses to uncover growth opportunities.
Making data-driven recommendations to shape product roadmaps and marketing decisions.

Strategy & Leadership
Defining and owning the global paid acquisition strategy across channels including Search, Social, Display, Video, Programmatic, Affiliates, and emerging channels.
Developing a scalable growth marketing framework that aligns with company objectives and measurement frameworks.
Building, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing acquisition team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partnering with multiple functions such as country marketing leads, central marketing teams, and product marketing.
Ensuring close strategic and functional alignment with the DTC function to drive profitable growth through daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of key commercial metrics and profitability levels.
Collaborating with the Analytics and Effectiveness teams on dashboards, attribution models, and measurement frameworks.
Working with Creative and Brand teams to develop high-performing concepts and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
Ensuring tracking accuracy, data hygiene, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, consent policies).

Qualifications and Competencies
Extensive experience in paid acquisition / performance marketing, with leadership at scale
Proven track record driving measurable growth in B2B or B2C environments.
Experience driving growth in complex, multi-market environment
Deep analytical expertise with the ability to turn data into clear strategic decisions
