hela Sverige For the Bitumen Nordic Operations Department in Sweden, we are currently recruiting a Head of Operations Support.
As the position holder, you will work with the daily work in our depot system, follow up and develop our ways of operations to maintain and improve our operational excellence. You work in close relation with Operations Manager, Depot Sweden Manager, other colleges within the Operations department and colleagues within the other Bitumen Nordic countries.
Head of Operation Support is responsible for maintenance and development for various administrative and technical systems. It includes, for example, administrative projects, management systems, internal and external audits of ISO 9001, 14000 and OHSAS 18001, legal compliance, depot automation, maintenance system and various databases.
Key responsibilities
• Manage Operations data routines and system.
• Implement best in class work-processes.
• Take part in and support the Bitumen Nordic Operation management team.
• Co-ordinate the business-critical processes or projects.
• Assure that the conducted work is being executed in accordance with Nynas Management System (NMS) and that we fulfil the internal and external demands and regulations.
The successful candidate:
• Has a technical college degree supplemented with experience or training in management systems, with a focus on work environment and environmental aspects.
• Experience from project management and leadership skills.
• Experience and knowledge of automation and maintenance systems as well as maintenance theory is highly valued for this service.
• Excellent skills in Swedish and English and well-developed IT skills are required.
• Is self-reliant, flexible and has the ability to work independently as well as in teams.
• Has a logical and analytical nature, a structured way of working and a drive to learn new areas of work.
• Is results oriented and sets self-challenging goals with the concern for doing a good job.
• Driving license.
