As Head of New Solutions, you are responsible for establish and execute overall strategy, business and market plan for the Business Unit. You will lead the work with acquiring and retaining solution customers and establishing external sales partnerships.
We work in close collaboration with the global B2C Solution Team, as well as the Digital Team and Brand & Marketing and thus handle the entire New Energy Solution business. This includes responsibility for the entire sales cycle, as well as product & offers, with full focus on establishing a leading market position.
Your main area of responsibility also includes:
P/L for the solution business
Sales process and sales channels management
Customer experience and NPS
The development and maintenance of Solution products, price and offers, the product development process
To be successful in the role as Head of New Solutions it's important with long-term experience of value based leadership and change management. You have a strong sales track record with experience from sales channels management. You love to inspire and motivate your team and with a clear and committed leadership empower them to deliver great results.
We think you have international experience with a thorough knowledge of local market conditions and a relevant academic education in business administration or engineering. You launch and follow through new solutions and markets and at the same time you establish partnerships with major players.
As a person you are self-reflecting, result-focused and open to change and development. In your role as a leader you promote team work across borders with a clear focus on feedback to continuously make your teams grow. You have a high degree of customer orientation and business focus combined with great communication skills. You are also a trustworthy person who acts as a role model to others within the organization.
