The Head of Network Inside Portfolio, in Strategy and Portfolio Management will be responsible for the following key priorities:
Drive efficiency and coherent process flow in portfolio with focus on activities with internal resources and tools (e.g. Project Management, Engineering, Integration)
Follow-up all inputs coming from MAs and update portfolio assuring alignment to Market evolution/trend
Manage Product LCM and Competence readiness in SAN and MAs
Interwork with SLs, SIC and other SAN organizations to decide about efficiency initiatives and reduce overlaps in tools and simplify WoW and processes
Responsibilities:
Manage and secure LCM adherence
Secure opportunity management, Secure Release Management, Manage Product Backlog
Support Tool creation and requirements
Coordinate tool developments avoiding overlaps
Cooperate with SLs and Market Introduction to
guarantee fast introduction of new tools and solutions
Support creation of marketing materials
Value argumentations & new techno-commercial models
We are looking for someone with:
Passion for driving and delivering impactful changes within Ericsson
Fast in moving from ideas to execution, able to remove barrier and make things easier
Excellent in "inspiring customers" and brilliant in his/her communication skillset
Excellent in transforming ideas in practical and effective documentations
Strong experience in Roll-Out, Network Design and Tuning and knowledge of Services with focus on Network Deployment tools, business trends and deployment experience
Strong negotiation experience - either as a customer or a supplier; commercial acumen is a must.
Extensive leadership experience; working at a senior level within a large and complex organization; with exceptional communication skills
Confident, results driven
Strong influencing and decision-making skills
Experience with strategy and marketing activities
Proven leadership behaviors, with a strong track record of motivating and developing talent
Ability to work cross functionally across organizational boundaries, to drive outcomes in the best interest of Ericsson
Ability to work across multiple geographies / cultures and multiple time zones
Must be comfortable working autonomously, driving the team to superior results
Experience in the IT or Telecommunications industry
The Head of Network Deployment Offering Evolution will manage a team of approx. 12-15 resources
