hela Sverige As Head of Marketplaces you are tasked with creating a whole new business unit selling NA-KD's to international marketplaces. It is a fast-paced environment where you need to both build and generate rapid sales results whilst building the organization, processes and long-term strategies. At NA-KD we call it building the plane while we fly it. The position is based in Sweden at our HQ in Gothenburg with international travels to business partners. You will report to the CEO initially and over time as the function is established to another C-level executive.
Your Future
• Define strategy for and build up NA-KDs marketplace business in order to generate top line, create brand awareness, cater for international roll-out of NA-KD's B2C business, clear overstock / increase sell through and exit margins
• Balance fast revenue creation (hunting) whilst working on longer term revenue creation (farming)
• Define and implement processes for efficient and rapid scale-up of the function
• Hire for and set up sales and back-office team in Gothenburg to support the growth
• Set monthly and yearly sales targets as well as OKRs for the function.
• Work cross functionally to be able to deliver upon the strategy and set targets. This includes coordination and implementation of processes and flows with purchasing, sourcing, operations, tech, finance and legal.
• Design and implement reporting for the function together with the data analytics team
• Creating long term and relevant relationships with key partners
Your Past & Your Skills
• +10 years of experience in an e-commerce organization, preferably working in international business development and sales related positions with multi-market experience on B2B2C sales, ideally within fashion.
• Experience in developing and driving strategies on international marketplaces & online players - worldwide e-commerce marketplace network
• Proven track-record of creating and scaling a multi-million EUR business from nothing
• Great communicator both in writing and orally
• Excellent business judgement with high analytical abilities and quantitative skills
• Ability to act both on tactical and strategical levels
• Comfortable with hands-on management and proven track record to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• You have a growth mindset, describe yourself as a problem solver and deeply relationship, outcome orientated
• Proactive and efficient in finding and implementing creative solutions to a variety of issues
• An experienced planner, with strong cross-team coordination and multitasking skills
• Used to create a team and/or company sales KPIs within the field
• Thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
